Join us in this two week workshop where we explore Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises.
Energization Exercises are Paramhansa Yogananda’s unique contribution to the science of yoga. They are a system of exercises that teach us to use the power of the will to control the conscious life force, prana, that flows through us.
Through these exercises, that include a series of muscle tensing and relaxing exercises, we learn to consciously direct the life force to certain parts of the body, and are able to send energy and awaken our body cells, revitalizing our body, mind, and soul.
