Everyone is welcome to join our yoga classes.
Currently, we offer Ananda Yoga sessions two days of the week.
Includes: Warm-up with Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Ananda Yoga Postures with Affirmations.
- Wednesdays: 6:30 p.m – 8:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
